Jocelyn is the best trainer I’ve ever worked with! She’s enthusiastic about helping her clients and she goes the extra mile! She’s full of information; she won’t just show you how to do something but she’ll also explain which muscles you’re working or why it’s important. One quality that I look for in a trainer is reliability and flexibility and those are definitely two qualities that Jocelyn has!

I’ve been training with Jocelyn for several months beginning in early 2020. She has been very attentive to my needs, including rescheduling an appointment when I was feeling ill, modifying exercises as needed, and paying close attention to the difficulty level of each exercise so I can improve at a reasonable pace. I’m feeling stronger and more confident than ever and I’m happy to have a trainer who encourages me to push myself. I really enjoy working with Jocelyn and I highly recommend her customized training sessions!

Jocelyn really knows her physiology and the kinesics of the human body so she can tailor my work outs for my age and the areas I need to strengthen. Very important: She encourages me so I want to come back. She has increased my endurance, my posture has improved, most important my balance and gait are steady giving me confidence to do more. Thank you Jocelyn for improving my well-being.
