I give all I got...I have never, ever had an unsatisfied customer. I have lost money on jobs just to make sure that my customer is happy, that I believe is walking a mile in someone else's shoes. I do my best to listen, understand and replicate what a customer needs. Seeing my customers face light up when they come home. That is the greatest joy I can receive from my work.
- What types of customers have you worked with?This is very hard to answer because I am a handyman. The job I am doing now is a swap to an exterior tank-less water heater. That involves re-piping of both the gas and water lines and putting in a new circuit for the auto pilot light. I do so many different jobs from painting touch up to room conversions and everything in between. I love my work and enjoy meeting new customers. Many of my customers have become friends...to me that is a job well done.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Its a great idea to ask for references, ask for more than one and ask if they have anyone that they performed the same type of work for. The more references a contractor can supply you the better the chance you have found someone reliable, trustworthy, and competent.
