- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a vegetarian since 1978 and now grow my own produce and microgreens. I have been working out veggie recipes for decades, got a degree in Natural Health, and supported my dad's wellness when he had cancer (he outran it for well over 20 years) with research and recipes.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have taught classes at Sun City Lincoln Hills, Wellness Within (cancer support center), and True Health, a functional medicine center.
