Carolina was fantastic! Great communication and coordination for the event, and the food was amazing. It was great talking with Carolina and we learned a lot of cooking tips from her. We missed our favorite Peruvian restaurants on the west coast, but much of what she prepared for us was even better. We look forward to hiring Carolina again soon.

I have no words to describe Carolina! she have become a great friend and she's been my personal chef for the past 5 years. She have teach me how to eat like a goodess! Carolina is an amazing Chef, with a touch I still haven't find even on the best restaurants, every dinner or event that she have cook for me and my friends I hear nothing but amazing comments on the food. Besides that she have always been very professional, responsible, punctual and clean with her work, she brings all the food, cooks and leaves the house like nothing ever happened. I just have to warn you that her food, taste and personality can be your next addiction! I rate her 5 starts but really she deserves 100!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    My typical process for working with a new costumer is getting to know them and what do they like and don't like. I go shopping for all the groceries and come to their house and cook, after I'm done I clean the kitchen.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I went to culinary school in Florida for 4 years and I worked with chefs in Peru, Florida and California.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I start cooking with my grandmother since I was little in Lima, Peru. I learn a lot from her and my mother. I went to culinary school in Florida and when I graduated I move to California, where I worked on catering companies and then I start cooking for clients. I've been a personal chef for the past 10 years. This past 2 years I've been working on a private fishing boat.
