Good communication. Arrived on-time and completed the job in the stated timeframe and cost. However, failed to mention there was a pattern in the tint. I was out of town and left an employee to oversee the project. I expected to have what we discussed put on the windows but returned to find a wave pattern on both windows. This is not what I expected and now have two tinted windows with a pattern that does not match the existing windows.

Argghhh .. We always strive for 100% customer satisfaction. In my defense I did let you know the tint we had in stock was similar, but not an exact match. We can order any film you want. You hired me on Saturday and had to have the job done by Monday. You also told me the exact match didn't matter because you were drywalling over the windows. The great thing about window film is that always can be removed. I am so sorry we didn't make you 100% happy. Chris
