Yoga with Stacy was incredible. She was flexible in meeting our needs, including dates/times, and lead us through invigorating morning flows. She did a great job at meeting each of us at our yoga level, providing feedback and instruction as necessary.Oct 12, 2020VerifiedStacyoga's reply
Thank you, Olivia! Loved teaching your group of all levels!
Private Yoga Instruction
My husband and I were looking for someone to come to our home and give us beginning yoga instruction in our backyard. She is punctual, listened to our "goals" and has tailored her practices to suit our needs. When our daughter joined in, she offered adjustments for her as well (not a beginner and younger!) She's a great fit for us!Jul 17, 2020Verified
I have been taking Stacy’s yoga classes for over three months now and I highly recommend her classes to everyone. Stacy’s instructions for poses are easy to understand and she always seems to read my mind when I’m wondering about specific positioning. She offers lots of modifications to make your practice more or less challenging depending on your experience level. Her website and sign-up are easy to use. I’m looking forward to continuing my practice with her (hopefully in person one day!) and finally mastering Crow pose!Jul 16, 2020
My favorite yoga class! Stacy has great energy and an obvious passion for sharing yoga through well planned classes that challenge physicality, flexibility and balance. Stacy is descriptive with cues and helpful with modifications, a great class for yogis of all levels!Jul 15, 2020
Stacy's courses are very accessible for all levels but at the same time still leave you feeling like you got a great yoga session. I like the way she structures her courses so that you gradually warm up to get to some of the more challenging poses, finishing with core and balance and some relaxing breathing.Jul 13, 2020Stacyoga's reply
Thank you, Val! Really happy to have you join my classes at least once a week. Glad you like the structure of my flow :) See you (and your doggy!) on your mat soon!
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I am offering studio pricing for private classes while I build clientele. I would love to work out package pricing, or a discounted rate for larger groups such as Bachelorettes or family vacations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I want to hear about your experience and what you are looking for in your practice. I will also ask that all students sign a liability waiver. If it is for repetitive sessions, I am happy to do a (paid) trial/audition for one class, and if you think we are a good match we can go from there!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, obtained through Corepower.
