- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, Im currently continuing my studies now. The way I see the more knowledge I have the more I can pass on.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'v always like coaching and fitness so being a former professional player I worked with people on their skills and soon after got my certification in personal training.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
For sport specific jobs I have I work on Speed, Agility, and Quickness. I work on their strength as well as other things. And for my personal training clients the same apply depending on what their needs are (strength training, cardio, weight loss, etc.)
