Elle A Events was amazing to work along side of! As the wedding photographer of one of their recent weddings in Santa Clarita, I did not know who the bride hired as her wedding coordinator. I was hoping it would be a company who knew how to work with the photographer and the needs of a photographer. Elle and Sydney were absolutely stunning in the fact that they made sure all my needs were met. Their communication was awesome! We had some difficulties with the timeline and they made sure to handle the issue before the wedding and to include everybody on what was happening that day. On the actual wedding day they were friendly and super organized. I couldn't thank them enough for rallying up all the family members for family portraits and being very thoughtful when it came to taking care of the older family members special needs. I know wedding coordinators have so many details to take care of..so it was amazing to see them handle the tasks and still make you feel like a top priority on their long to do list. Over all it was a blast working along side the very detailed, organized and friendly Elle A Events and I can't wait till our paths cross in the future. -Madison Ellis Photography

I used Elle A Events to help me plan a formal dinner and party for my sorority this fall. They were exceedingly helpful throughout the entire process - planning through execution! They were always available via phone, and email, and consistently checked in with me to make sure they were meeting all of my goals for the event and that I was pleased with what was planned. Both Elle, and my contact Sydney were present at the site visit and were always friendly and knowledgeable in person and remotely. They did a wonderful job of finding a really cool and fun space for the event, and were very accommodating of my budget's limits. I'd highly recommend them if you're looking to plan a fun, exciting and well planned event!

I was referred to Elle A Events from a friend who lives on the west coast. My husband's family lives in California where as all of my family resides on the east coast so Elle was a godsend! Due to health issues of my husband mother, we decided to have the wedding in L.A. Elle was there whenever I had questions, she kept a close eye on our budget, she even helped with travel arrangements for my family. She was able to beautifully blend all the different influences easily. I know this sounds like a cliche but she honestly gave me a fairy tale wedding! I can't thank her enough.

Elle was AMAZING! She helped me organize my birthday party and made it everything I wanted and more. From the amazing venue to the smallest detail she helped everything go off without a hitch.   • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    Elle's love for events was evident early as age 15 when she was putting together, planning & hosting parties at her parents home. By 17, she was going to Pennsylvania State University for a BA in Business with an emphasis in Psychology. Always fascinated by the unique tastes and preferences of people, she embarked on a journey to Los Angeles to utilize the education she had gained. Soon she was the Event Coordinator for a few of Hollywood's most premier promotional companies. Moving on to Venue Management & Marketing, she worked for 5 years as Director of Marketing & Promotions for The Sunset Entertainment Group and 2 years as Director of Special Events for The Downtown Entertainment Group. Her venues included The Cabana Club, Sterling Steakhouse, The White Lotus, The Pig & Whistle, Sideways Lounge, The Green Door, Elevate Lounge & Takami Sushi.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Elle worked hands on with clients and vendors for all locations to produce weekly and special events. She also debuted two venues at The Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah with major corporate sponsors like Grey Goose & Red Bull. Elle created events for The Silver Spoon Gifting Suites, Oscar & Emmy Parties, premier after parties for IFC & HBO and private performances by Prince, Linkin Park & Moby. She moved on from these venues and started doing private consulting for venues across Los Angeles & Orange County. While doing this, Elle found her way into elle-a-events-partySpecial Event & Motion Picture Catering as Director of Catering. Elle loves designing a “good back yard party†to large scale special events that will take your breath away. Corporate meetings and conference management are also part of her training, as she is a Certified Conference Management & Event Specialist.
