They were an hour late to my daughter's birthday party. Their photo printer broke down after an hour but we were told that they would send us the file so that we could print the photos on our own but the file never arrived. Alex never returned my calls regarding the photos. If something went wrong with the file, the decent or professional thing to do would be to let us know. My daughter is very saddened by this. Thumbtack, if there is anything you can do to help us get these birthday party photos, we would so appreciate it.
