I unexpectedly had the drum of my washing machine come lose. I called Homestead Appliances and the technician came out the same day, diagnosed the issue quickly and ordered the part the same day. Eddie was great he ran all the diagnostics for my washer , he fixed it and clean it up for me . Also he was flexible with my schedule since i went on vacation . He also explained to me why my washer had movement . If you need a repair done he is your guy.
