We used Brian's services after we were required to clean the carpet in a 2 bedroom rental apartment at the end of our 3 month lease. The carpet was already in worn out condition with stains all over prior to our move-in. Brian did a great job -- carpet looked and smelled cleaner than it did before we moved in. Brian told us that the older stains (before our move in) were too old to remove by now and he did the best job he could using his expertise and newest technologies. The quotes were very reasonable as well, as a matter of fact it was the best deal in our area. Unfortunately our leasing office tried to keep the deposit anyway, charge us for replacing the carpet that they were saying we allegedly ruined and eventually filed a small claim against us after we refused to pay. This is when we really needed Brian's help. We turned to him to back us up in court as a professional carpet cleaner that the allegations against us were false. Brian did not hesitate for a minute to help us out, did everything we asked in order to help us. We would recommend his services to anyone in a heartbeat! He is definitely not one of those service providers who gives you the service and then just drops you when the road gets tough!

Promises are easy to make but seldom kept. Robere Carpet Care is an exception. They promised to restore the carpets and they exceeded my expectations. These carpets were beat and worn and tired but by the time Robere was done, they looked revived, fresh and beautiful. I could not believe it. I absolutely recommend this provider. Thank you!!!

I would highly recommend Brian for all your floor cleaning needs. I had to have my carpets cleaned at our family house which had not been cleaned in many years. He was on time, friendly, efficient and did a thorough job of cleaning the carpets. The next day it was very evident how clean and fresh they now were. Thanks Brian!
