I called Hidden Meadows because I like to use smaller companies on home repairs. The owner (Joe) came out with some of his crew and installed a whole house fan for me. Because of the type of house I have, the job was very difficult. The first company I called could not do the job and said it wasn't possible. Joe took the extra time to figure out how to complete the job and it was the best decision I made. I have called Hidden Meadows Heating and Air several other times for other jobs and they are always there the same day. I also have recommended this company to friends and they are very happy with Joe's quick and excellent service. I won't use anyone else now that I have found this company. It is rare to find someone that you feel is honest and fair.

Joe installed a new air conditioner for me . He gave me quotes for several different makes and units, and the bill was exactly as quoted. He was on time and finished the job quickly and efficiently. He stopped by later with out being called to see if I was satisfied. Great guy, Excellent job.

We are hourly or by the day. You will know how much we charge hourly. Other companies that use the book pricing is way over priced to hide their very high hourly rates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No process. You have a problem, I can fix it. Give me a call.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
35 years of being a master tech in a different field. I was totally taught in my first year with books, videos and hands on. Studies with the NATE Program, the states licensing program and the industry's certification programs.
