- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unlike many of our competitors, our pricing is fixed based on the parts or job so you know our technicians are not charging more to make more commission.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer has different wants and needs. Our office will ask a few questions to determine your issue. We will schedule a Door Dorks expert technician at your convenience and you will receive a picture of the technician so you know who is coming to your home. The technician will perform an on site Diagnostic/Safety Inspection to ensure your issue is really all that is going on. They will provide you with the results and go over options for repairs or replacement. Then you get to decide what you want to do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed garage door contractor, have installed and serviced thousands of garage doors and motors, and attend updated training to stay on top of industry trends.
