I got a few bids for replacing my old garage doors and motor. Door dorks came out promptly and gave their recommendations and explained everything. They worked with me on competing bids so they ended up being the best value. Once ordered it took over a month to get the door installed. The 4 stars are because they wouldn’t help program my car or the app which all others I’ve used always do. And there were decorative parts missing that took a couple of weeks to get. I’d recommend Door Dorks and use them again.

We are very sorry you were told that we don't program cars, as we do. It seems as if the install crew on your door was misinformed and we addressed it with them immediately. If you called and asked your sales associate, we would have been happy to send someone to program anything needed. We also apologize for the delay in the hardware. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the manufacture and got the decorative hardware to you within just a few days of receiving the parts after they didn't include everything in the box we ordered. We got 3 quotes for our project and Door dorks were by far the most reasonable. They provided great service and professional and were very responsive to our needs. We highly recommend them for any garage door needs you have.

Matt and the Door Dorks were amazing to work with! Not only was he on time, he was early both visits! Our door was ordered, installed and ready to go within a week, and was considerably ($200) cheaper than other quotes. Fingers crossed we won’t need them again but if we ever need another door replaced we will be calling them first!

All in all, everything was great. Matt called ahead to let me know he was on his way. The work was done quickly and professionally. The price was right and my door is fixed. He even tuned up both doors at no charge.

Unlike many of our competitors, our pricing is fixed based on the parts or job so you know our technicians are not charging more to make more commission.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer has different wants and needs. Our office will ask a few questions to determine your issue. We will schedule a Door Dorks expert technician at your convenience and you will receive a picture of the technician so you know who is coming to your home. The technician will perform an on site Diagnostic/Safety Inspection to ensure your issue is really all that is going on. They will provide you with the results and go over options for repairs or replacement. Then you get to decide what you want to do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed garage door contractor, have installed and serviced thousands of garage doors and motors, and attend updated training to stay on top of industry trends.
