My daughter has been training with Meg for years. It has been a wonderful experience for both of us. Meg is a caring, patient teacher. She caters the lesson to the student. There are horses & ponies for all levels of riders at her beautiful ranch.

My daughter takes horse riding lessons with Meg. Meg is an excellent trainer and takes a good care of her animals. Her ranch is located a Elfin Forest, so my daughter enjoyes trail rides there as part of her lessons.

Meg is fantastic! My daughters been riding with her for 2 months now. She is knowledgable, patient, encouraging, etc. the horses are amazing (specifically my daughters favorite, Beau) the property is beautiful.

Mega-Arte Riding Academy is a private, full-training facility dedicated to classical English dressage near Elfin Forest, Northern San Diego. Offering certified lessons, group guided nature trail rides, English and Western themed horse/pony parties, school field trips, horseback riding spring and summer camps. Specializing in Certified English Dressage Training, Natural Horsemanship, Hunter/Jumper, Cross-Country and Endurance Trail Riding.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I rescued a beautiful black Morgan mare and she had been badly abused and neglected, she was afraid of everything, but through patience and perseverance she is now a great arena and trail horse, and I found a great student to half lease her and continue to build her trust back up with humans.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Try to look for an Equine Certified,Natural horsemanship instructor with many years of experience training horses and ponies, who likes to work with children of all ages and riding experience, from beginner to advanced, as well as teens and adults.
