I hired Armando to repair a sliding glass door that was letting rainwater inside my house during the January rainstorms. He was very polite. When he arrived, he spent a lot of time making the repairs, but ultimately the unsure language that he used made me unconfident that the repairs would be done correctly. Because I did not feel confident that the repair was done correctly, once he was finished, we sprayed water onto the back door to check for any leakage. There was still a ton of water coming inside my house from outside. He then suggested I replace the entire door (which I was fine with from the beginning, if needed) and promised to get back to me with a quote for a new door and labor. I never heard from Armando again. I ended up having to quickly hire someone else to fix my door before the next round of rain. It was very unprofessional that he ghosted me and left me with the same issue I had to begin with. Would not recommend.

I contacted Infinity Key Locksmith through Thumbtack after encountering trouble rehanging my front door on its hinges. Trevor responded very quickly and made arrangements to arrive the next morning ( I had succeeded in rehanging the door on its hinges but only after taking some shortcuts).
Trevor quickly assessed the situation and proceeded to remove the door from it's hinges and rehang it properly. He made some adjustments to the hinge hardware and succeeded in aligning the hinges correctly - including the small components I was forced to remove a day earlier. He also noticed an issue with how the hinges had been attached to the door frame and corrected that.
I'm very pleased with the professionalism, and attention to detail, Trevor exhibited in providing this service. I would highly recommend Trevor to anyone needing locksmith and relkates services.
