I hired Allison to work with me on flexibility and pain management. I have very tight hips and several injuries from running and she designed a program for me that was both safe and effective. Her teaching style is down-to-earth and accessible and she has been very encouraging as I make progress. I highly recommend Allison for her positivity and emphasis on form and alignment.
I took a class with Amelia and had such a powerful and rejuvenating experience that I immediately asked her to collaborate with me in providing yoga classes for graduate and law students at the University of San Diego for the 2017-18 academic year. I continue to appreciate her professionalism and responsiveness in our exchanges putting the logistics of the program together. Amelia currently teaches biweekly classes but it is so popular that students have been asking me for weekly classes. She brings this unique energy that engages the students so much that the number of participants tripled from the last academic year!

Nick is an amazing trainer, yogi and even therapeutic trainer when needed. I have taken group and personal training sessions with Nick for the last two plus years and his routines are customized to his clients and always relevant. Nick stays on the forefront of fitness and always remains a student of his craft. I wholeheartedly recommend Nick for all levels of training from corporate to personal training. His routines are body part specific and he can customize a routine on the fly from client requests. His ability to recognize individual client needs is uncanny and I have benefited immensely from his skills. I developed a mild case of bicep tendonitis and an extremely tight IT band due to poor golf form and Nick's training sessions made my recovery much easier and quicker. I hope to continue training with Nick for a long time to come. He's worth every penny and his rates are very reasonable. Christian Woelk is not only an amazing yoga instructor, he is a talented personal trainer and program manager. I love that Christian is a soccer player and that carries through to his sports specific training. Also, he has many years of managing and developing corp fitness under his belt.
I have been going to Sly for over 3 years now, 3 to 4 times a week, if I could I would show the before/after pictures and everything would be said. It is not easy especially after 35 but Sly makes it fun (yes fun!) and he is very good at what he does. I have never been in a better shape. I had a couple of trainers before Sly so I can say he is just the most dedicated trainer I know. He listens, cares, tailors the workout just for me and knows how to keep me motivated session after session even after 3 years. Sly helped me understand that it isn't only the workout that matters but diet and life style are as, if not, more important. Prices are very affordable for the quality of the training.
