- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to give an estimate base by the job not by the hour, because equipment that I use and experience will allow me to do the job faster than an average cleaning service provider.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do go to window cleaning convention and pressure washing convention. I used to train window washers and pressure cleaners for the biggest companies in Chicagoland, so I like to stay on top of what's in my industry being knowledgeable and be able to use it in the field
