I partnered with Nobel Real Estate Services two years ago and have not regretted a single moment. I interviewed several property managers in preparation for my first experience as a landlord. I was anxious about finding good tenants QUICKLY. I also wanted to work with a property manager who didn't cut corners. I selected Dennis Rosen because of his professional integrity and experience. Dennis communicates clearly and professionally, he is responsive and punctual, and he is service-oriented (for both tenant and landlord). For example, he explained the overall process and how Nobel ensures funds are deposited prior to the first of each month. (My anxiety started to subside.) But more importantly, Dennis shared his experience, insights, and words of wisdom. He explained various warranty and service options for the appliances washer/dryer/refrigerator/microwave/etc. as part of the rental agreement. I also remember Dennis saying that there is always a "settle in period" when tenants may have a flurry of requests. Sure enough, he was right. The tenants communicated primarily with Dennis and he was prompt and responsive in communicating with me and addressing their requests/issues. (Anxiety dropped again.) Overall, I have had a very positive experience. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Dennis Rosen and Nobel Prop Mgt.

Jayson and his team are managing a rental property of mine out of state. I no longer have the time to manage remotely with my contact person there. I had some concerns going with someone I hadn't ever met, but I could not be happier about the result. Jayson and his staff have been very responsive to my emails and I haven't had to worry about anything in regards to my rental, the tenants or anything else. Everything is done in a professional manner and I can see all of my transactional history online.

I had inheritted two rental properties after my father passed being in IT field I know nothing about the property managment or real estate field. I interviewd 3 different management companies and found EZ management company the best in price and service. Being in the tech inudstry I am all about internet and technology. I loved the fact that the technology that EZ is using is compatible with the new century and designed to entertain owners like me who are tech savvy. I was thrilled when my property manager with EZ sat down with me to explain everything in detail. The market conditions, technology, marketing techniques to publish my property to 36 different website to ensure I get the best and highest rent and NO OUT of Pocket expense for me to get them started. They said I pay when every thing is done and they work free of cost until the property gets filled. I had no harm to try them out wihth their month to month contract. I was thinking if i don't like them I will cancel them after a month but I was amazed how they were able to rent out the property beyond my expectation with in 10 days. They impressed me with their work time after time. I ended up selling my own home through them and bought another property. Their management as well well sales both Rock! I used Priority One to manage my property in North County, before they helped meto sell it 2 years later. I dealt with the owner most of the time, which was refreshing. To be able to get a hold of Marc directly was a huge reason I enjoyed working with them so much. Any questions, issues, concerns...anything...was handled with attention and quickly. I loved how I had my own online portal and could view contracts, statements, receipts, etc. at any time. They are a one stop shop!

Drew and his team took the lead from the beginning; managing applicants, getting my property turned over and fixed up, and dealing with tenant issues and things breaking are such a nuisance and I don't have time for it.
