We recently moved to San Diego & although we really enjoy it here, we greatly miss our Colorado country home. Shawn obviously listened carefully to us as we described many of the marvels of Colorado. He created a beautiful, pondless steambed. The sound produced is not only soothing, but perfectly natural. Additionally, we are able to comfortably carry on a conversation, not needing to speak "over" the water sounds. The colorful flowers, artfully placed, add the final touch, completing our backyard escape. Shawn, although discussing & making a couple of changes in the plan, was able to complete the job in the estimated 2 weeks. In addition, the work site was kept tidy from start to finish, allowing us to use the backyard without concern for our safety. I highly recommend Shawn to anyone desiring to work with an honest, talented, professional in creating a beautiful water feature, guaranteed to compliment their yard space.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

This time of year I do a lot of Spring clean outs. Ponds that have not had any service since last fall or summer are in need of a cleaning. To get your pond ready for a new summer of healthy, colorful flowering water lilies the plants will need to be fertilized and even re-potted in some cases. This is a great time to treat your pond fish to a refreshing new start too by changing 50% of the water and to clean and check all the ponds equipment for proper operation. All these Spring cleaning activities will add up to a healthy and vibrant pond!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Finding and hiring the right a pond professional can sometimes be difficult. Make sure they are licensed, and insured. Next, ask for referrals of other customers that they have worked for. Finally, are they informative or are they selling ? Are they prompt, friendly and do they listen well? Sometimes less is more when it comes to finding a solid and trust worthy service company.
