When telling Stephen the issue I was having with my clogged tub, he was knowledgable and really nice on the phone. He was able to come out the next day and was timely to the appointment. He was quick with declogging the tub and kind in person as well. Will definitely call SMV plumbing with Stephen if we need a plumber again. Thank you!

He installed a new shower handle for me since the previous one was leaking. He was communicative and let me know when he was running 15 minutes late which I appreciated. He completed the job efficiently and did a good job. The only downside was that the plate around the handle doesn't lie flush with the wall. He told me that the rubber piece in the back would provide any water damage but visually it's not perfect with the gap.
