- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We may not appear to be the cheapest at first glance, especially when comparing to companies who add on exclusion to their other larger service (HVAC and Attic Insulation companies are notorious for this) but we add a ton of value to our rates that you won't find unless you get a specialized company. Our pricing is generally going to take into account the size of the home, the scope of the work and the severity of the infestation so we can determine the labor, materials and warranty rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a free assessment/inspection first in order to determine the active and potential entries and we'll check to see how bad the infestation is in the attic and/or crawl in order to determine if a clean out or disinfectant service is needed. After the initial assessment, we'll email you a quote where you can e-sign and get the job booked.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in the industry for many years with large pest control companies as a tech, an inspector and a manager.
