Amber has been phenomenal. We have a large vacation rental property and have worked with several cleaners over the years, ranging from individuals to larger firms specializing in rentals. Out of all of these Amber is the best. She communicates effectively, using phone, e-mail, texts and pictures when she has questions. She does not hesitate to offer up her own ideas about things that need to get done, and she takes the initiative to make improvements. She has accommodated difficult schedule changes from us, and has kept us informed and in the loop when she has needed to make changes.

I was managing my rental property myself until the issues just became too difficult to deal with myself. I heard of Ziprent through a friend and contacted them. They quickly communicated with my tenant and took over the management of the property. Within a few days, they had all issues resolved and had a lease renewal signed. They pick up the phone everytime I try calling so I know my tenant won't be frustrated with communication if they need assistance. On top of the hands on stuff, through the portal, I can see what's going on with my property at all times. From repairs and invoices to rent collection. I couldn't have asked for a better company to deal with.

I had had nothing but bad experiences in the past with property management firms, so had been doing my own management. I had one duplex in a "challenging" area and was having a terrible time finding good tenants. I had 3 evictions in one year. I saw Bonnie's ad and decided to give her a try after speaking with her. She is a miracle worker. I don't know how she does it but she finds great tenants and I have since given her another duplex. I can't believe what a great job she is doing. The only problem I have with her is she says she may be relocating out of the area in the future. I will be devastated if that happens. She is a godsend. Please Bonnie, don't leave!

    Actually we only have experience with Mr. Valero and his small and personal agency in its capacity highly professional and responsive Property Managers, (not as a Real Estate brokers) but we would strongly recommend the firm if your looking for first-rate knowledge of the West Contra Costa County market -- buying, selling or investing. It's a real 21st century phenomenon when a small, personal agency like this, using the power of the internet and the latest technology can out-perform the big faceless mega-firms AND still give the personal attention of an old-fashioned "mom-and-pop" operation. He provided resources for me at every turn.
