Amber has been phenomenal. We have a large vacation rental property and have worked with several cleaners over the years, ranging from individuals to larger firms specializing in rentals. Out of all of these Amber is the best. She communicates effectively, using phone, e-mail, texts and pictures when she has questions. She does not hesitate to offer up her own ideas about things that need to get done, and she takes the initiative to make improvements. She has accommodated difficult schedule changes from us, and has kept us informed and in the loop when she has needed to make changes.
I had had nothing but bad experiences in the past with property management firms, so had been doing my own management. I had one duplex in a "challenging" area and was having a terrible time finding good tenants. I had 3 evictions in one year. I saw Bonnie's ad and decided to give her a try after speaking with her. She is a miracle worker. I don't know how she does it but she finds great tenants and I have since given her another duplex. I can't believe what a great job she is doing.
