What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Must complete a new client questionnaire form so we can get to know exactly what you're looking for and for what occasion/event or overall wardrobe. Secondly, recommend the new client to create their own Pinterest board for me so I can gather their likes/dislikes, colors, latest trends they follow, etc. (Basically a mood/vision board) I can be available to chat via Zoom, FaceTime, Call/Text and email. After introduction process, we then will discuss terms on how we are going to meet your needs.
