Sacramento Attorney Felix Poggemann did an exceptional job on my emergency ex-parte hearing and in helping me maintain custody of my children in Texas. After receiving a call from my husband declaring that I was required to be in court in California for an emergency hearing the following day, I made a few calls to different attorneys in California. Mr. Poggemann was the first attorney I talked to directly. He sounded very knowledgeable and capable so I asked him if he would attend the hearing for me. For a fair price, he represented me and was extremely well prepared. He did an amazing job. Im sure he spent many hours working late into the night to be that prepared. His representation came as a great relief, and I appreciated him going the extra mile to do an excellent job. Since then Mr. Poggemann has represented me in two other trials, and continues to represent me in my divorce and further custody proceedings. He has been very professional, knowledgeable, and consistent in staying on top of things throughout the case. I would highly recommend Mr. Poggemann to anyone in need of an expert family attorney in the Sacramento area.

There aren't enough stars listed to acknowledge the professionalism, honesty and character of Mr. Felix Poggemann. I needed an attorney and I needed one fast. Felix came HIGHLY recommended by several well known attorneys who's case loads were full. Felix met with me was very open , honest and up front. I had a very contentious divorce and have had difficulties with my custody. He came on board and did what my previous 3 lawyers never did for me. That was work fast, diligently, meticulously and he personally answered all my calls, texts and emails within minutes of me sending them. He is dedicated to his job and dedication to his clients goes far and beyond any attorney I know or have met. His work far exceeds the price he charges. I am going to personally pay him more than he asked because he deserves it. I cannot thank him enough. For basic trusts, we charge a flat fee of $1500 for an individual, and $1,800 for a couple, including supporting documents, notary, and other important items left out of many other legal service providers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Many discount trust and estate attorneys and document preparers will offer a low price for the initial document, but then add fees for every single supporting document. We include all of those -- and even the notary -- in our basic package that works for most families.
