I am extremely shocked at the comment that Sean has not gotten back to the person leaving one of the comments. Sean called me the evening I called his office and explained my situation, scheduled a phone interview for the next day, and Sean called me that evening after a full day in court. He just wanted to make sure I was safe and did not need his help with anything that night. The team there have gotten back to me quickly and have been beyond concerned and helpful with everything during the horrible experience that continues. We are not finished yet, however, they have gone above and beyond so far for me! I would definitely say they genuinely care and surprisingly enough, I do not feel it has not just been about the money for this team. I will leave another comment when we are done with this process but so far, the team has definitely had my back! I work in litigation support, I know 100's of attorneys and I hired Sean, Nick, and the team there because I felt they really cared and had compassion for my situation and were very aggressive which was what i desperately needed! I visited quite a few of attorneys personally before hiring this team and so far feel I have made a excellent choice!

He always keep you updated in your case. In dealing with Atty Musgrove, he is not the typical lawyer who milks you money but instead he makes you feel you are stronger because he is on your side. I never have problem communicating with his office. Leave a message and they will call you back soonest. We won a case against kaiser and was very satisfied and confident on how they go against the big company.

I requested a consultation to determine if I needed to carry a legal matter a little further..... filing records with the county. And, to my surprise, found someone who would give me a better answer than received already. This was to be a 3rd opinion. Surprising.... because I found a person who took the time to review records, meet for an appt, and discuss to my understanding the importance of following through with the county for document recording. This was already a completed MSA.... further review and recording was needed. Not always the best way to obtain a consult, with someone else's dirty work done. But, Mr. Musgrove was a complete and utterly great surprise. Very nice man, very professional, and a very seemingly competent attorney. He really did explain the necessity of following through a little further where as a prior consult said no it was not necessary..... A scary situation that could prove to be a huge disaster if not dealt with. I appreciated Mr. Musgrove's thoroughness and willingness to sit and talk.... And, he is such a big guy. Thanks again..

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always knew that I wanted to be a lawyer, but it was when my wife told me she was pregnant with our first child I decided finally to go to law school. I was 27 at the time.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I do all divorce issues and personal injuries, including some medical malpractice. I also do business litigation for select clients.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
In hiring an attorney, everything is negotiable. Attorneys do offer payment options, but that does not normally include monthly payments. Most offer hourly rates with a retainer. Others offer flat fee rates. Some others offer document preparation. However, payment plans don't work because after the case is over, the former attorney is the last to be paid. However, every thing is negotiable.
