Jeff was very helpful and trustworthy. He installed baseboards and door trim. He made the experience stress free. I've decided to use him for other projects around the house as his pricing is reasonable and the quality of work is excellent.

Sam contacted me right away to provide and estimate and came the following day for install. We needed to replace one side of our fence. He provided a very fair estimate without any hidden costs and was able to complete the job in one day. When we noticed some of the wood he used was a little worn-he came back promptly the following day and replaced the boards at no charge. He left extra boards for later use if needed or something in case I needed it for the other fence. Overall a really good experience.

I had a very loud, annoying, and squeaky bathroom floor. Just bought new floors and needed a repair right away so that we could install the new floor. Tom called us back while he was still on vacation and came our right away. Gave me a great price and did a great job! He has a great attitude, honest personality, and we will use him again.

Todd and his mentor repaired a 7'x9' multi-paned window from the 1930s that is the nicest most noticeable feature on my home from the street. It was dry rotted so badly that there was a hole big enough for mice to come through. Todd took the window to his mentor's woodshop and together they rebuilt the window with beautiful joinery, removing all the weak rotted parts and replacing with new wood. He then reinstalled the window and used Bondo to completely rebuild the sill (which was also largely dry rotted). The repair is solid and beautifully done. He also was super pleasant to have around, professional in every way, cleaned up every time after his work, and I'm 100% happy. It's way preferable to me to rebuild a beautiful old window rather than buy a new one. He did so affordably (about 1/4 the cost if I had had to buy a brand new window). Thanks, Todd! I totally recommend him to anyone needing this kind of work.

Maks removed large double sliding closet doors and replaced with a wall and traditional doorway/door. He built a large shelving unit inside the walk-in closet. He drywalled, installed trim and painted. His work was exceptional and his price was very fair. It was wonderful to find someone who showed such attention to detail and pride in his finished product. He took great care to be neat throughout the project and you could not ask for better clean up at completion. I would hire again without question.

Great experience! I hired R Kellogg Construction to install new baseboards in my condo. I chose which baseboards I wanted, and they picked them up from Home Depot and painted them the day before the installation. Took care of everything from removing my existing baseboards, and painting, installing, caulking, and touching up the new ones. Very professional, prompt communication, and overall really quality work. My baseboards look perfect. Would highly recommend R Kellogg to friends and family.

The job: 1) Inspect entire home for dry rot; remove all that was identified, and install new lumber matching lumber. 2) Inspect all windows and doors; adjust if required, and caulk/seal around all. 3) Paint exterior house trim; around windows and doors. 4) Other numerous small tasks (e.g. install GFCI outlets, smoke detectors, CO detector, water heater earthquake straps, etc). Robert and his assistant did a fine job taking care of all the aforementioned tasks. I was very satisfied with the work performed. If you have home repair problems/projects involving wood, I suggest you consider having Robert evaluate your problem/project and give you a bid.

Osbaldo removed existing tile from our concrete floor, installed 1200 ft. of new tile, installed baseboards and crown molding in the entire house. He did a great job, was on time, professional and worked with us on the tile install so we could still live in the house as the entire floor was being installed. Very happy with the work, I would hire him again.

We hired Vincent for some carpentry work on exterior window trim. Vincent was very professional. He communicated well, showed up when he said he would show up, and was very reasonable with his estimate. He finished the job well within his time estimate and the quality of his work is outstanding. I have some carpentry experience, and have also seen the work of others. And Vincent's work is impressive. Nice tight corners, solid joints, and very good finish. He fixed our window molding, painted the new pieces to match, and cleaned up. He is outstanding. I would highly recommend Vincent!

Jeff redid the tile in my master bedroom, installed a new tub and fixtures and put tile on the face of the tub. The only thing I wish was different is the width of the "decorative" tile strip. I would have wanted it wider and would have told Jeff if he had asked. Overall, I am extremely happy with the work.

I contacted Bill to install laminate flooring in my living room and family room. He responded promptly. He was friendly and professional. He came to my home to take measurements so I could purchase the correct amount of flooring, T molding, and trim pieces. He went out of his way to pick up the material at Flooring Liquidators, unloaded it at my house, and staged it for efficiency. He was able to complete the two rooms (approximately 700 sq. ft.) in less than two days at a great price. His work was meticulous and he left the work areas spotless. We were so impressed with his work that we decided to have him install laminate flooring in our Master bedroom as well. I highly recommend Bill's services, and we will be contacting him in the future for additional projects.

Nate was very courteous, efficient and reliable. I asked several carpenters to give me an estimate for replacing trim around the outside of my house windows and they said they would, but didn't show. Nate showed when he said he would and gave me pricing right away. He started and finished the job giving me constant updates including pictures. I am glad to have found someone so knowledgeable and will continue to use him for things at my properties.

Rick has completed several projects in my home, both inside and outside. These include structural repair and repairing/replacing drywall, trim replacement and finishing, ceiling fan installation, painting, installation of wood flooring, pulling coax cabling for internet, installing light in attic, adding an electrical outlet, replacing shower control, and replacing a broken drainage pipe outdoors. The quality of Rick’s work is excellent. His estimates are generally very accurate. Any deviation is explained, usually offering alternatives to the way the work can be completed possible. Rick will offer suggestions and sometimes indicate that doing a particular task is not really necessary or is too expensive for the return. His habits are very neat and pride in his work is evident. He is congenial, hard working, and a pleasure to have working in the home.

Had 8 sections of redwood fencing to be removed and replaced. Several bids and Larry was the best. Started and finished as promised. Job well done and my other neighbors liked his work that they hired him to fix their fences. Larry takes the time to do it right and we are looking for other things to do for us.

I am in eighties and disabled. Darren has fixed plumbing issues like toilet seals, installed new fixture in kitchen sink, and toilet flush handles. He cleaned and stained red wood deck off master bedroom and installed a step and hand rail on one side. He also built a yard waste container enclosure with trim. Plus he has done several jobs requiring a ladder. His work has always been top notch. He is good at cleaning up after a job and is polite and articulate in presenting his pre job guaranteed estimate.

Hired Byrne remodel to rebuild my bathroom. To start, I was very impressed with the level of communication recieved prior to hiring. He answered every question I had quickly, responding to probably two dozen or more emails before even signing the contract. We even had to push back the start date due to mold in the attic above the project. I handled the interior demo, but Byrne Remodel handled the rest. Tore out exterior stucco, reframed and installed new window, installed proper ventilation, installed all large and small fixture, cabinets and flooring. Beautiful tile enclosure, with built in storage. Even completed add on work of tiling the walls around the whole bathroom. Everything done on budget and on time. Owner and crew were a pleasure to have in my home, courteous, clean and professional. On time every day, even when the inspection window was an exceedingly early 7am. I was working on other parts of the house at the same time and I wish it was in my budget to have had this crew handle the whole thing. My first time hiring a contractor, and if possible I'd hire Byrne Remodle every time in the future, highly recomended.

Brandon arrived on time and completed the job in a professional manner. He fixed the window sill and trim that our dog had chewed up. Now my window sill and wall trim match the rest of the wall. I would hire Brandon again to make other repairs.

From the first time I met with Nick Bossio of Solid General Construction , I felt that my wife and I were in good hands. He was patient, personable, and knowledgeable; his price was fair. To say that my intuition proved to be correct would be an understatement. Nick, his brother Zack, and other employee Jesse did outstanding work in removing the old siding from the front of our home, installing new Hardee cement fiber siding and new trim, painting the new installation, and hooking up new exterior lighting. They arrived promptly each morning during the promised period when there was no rain, and finished the job on time. They added extra touches, such as caulking every conceivable nook and cranny, installing metal flashing at the top of the horizontal trim, and affixing routered wooden mounts for our exterior lighting. The resulting curb appeal of our home is remarkable. The finished job exceeded our expectations. Nick and his crew are masters at their craft. It was a pleasure to welcome them to our home, and a great experience to have them do our work. We recommend them to anyone needing siding installation or any kind of home improvement or remodeling project.

A broken track for a pocket door had to be replaced which required the removal of the trim around the door frame. The door works perfectly and the trim was replaced perfectly. In addition he repaired an exterior light fixture that was installed improperly. Finally he hung a door which required trimming to open properly. Joseph did an excellent job on all projects, cleaned up afterwards and requested a reasonable price. He is both knowledgable and efficient. I highly recommend him and will use him in the future.

I had planned to install the front door myself but when I got it and started measuring I realized that it was not going to be easy replacing the original door in my 1955 house. Turns out I was right. They had to do a lot of trimming and adjusting to get it to fit. I am very pleased with the quality of the job.

My husband and I rented an older home in order to give our almost two year old son more room to play. The house was terribly outdated and had bad paint, old appliances and carpeting everywhere, including the bathrooms and kitchen. It left a lot to be desired. We hired Noe based on seeing his previous work in another home. He repainted the walls for us flawlessly and finished all the trims by hand. We were grateful and even more impressed by his tile work. He tore up ALL the carpeting in our home and replaced most of it with tile. His work was very precise and he is clearly someone who takes pride in his craft. He also replaced the appliances, sanded and stained the hardwood floors (which were hidden under the ugly carpet in a few rooms), painted the baseboards, replaced a wall radiator and cleaned up all the debris and trash from the remodel. It took him about a week to do all the work himself, the job was priced fairly and the work was very high quality. We would definitely hire him again and recommend Noe to family and friends. My only thought for improvement would be for him to create a website for the company. That way we could easily direct people to his site for all their home improvement needs.
