So happy to have found a good pest control service! I did get quick response initially, had a great initial consultation, got stood up for my fumigation service, then was able to get rescheduled & the rest went on without a hitch. It was an inconvenience to have been initially stood up for my service since I had to get my very anxious animal out of my home for the day, twice. The serviceman who helped me apologized, and I was very kind, I will continue to use this service. Thank you EcoGuard! I will be referring your services to my friends.

The technician was very knowledgable and helped me to rest at ease which was so comforting at such a devastating time for me. Not only did she take the time to help me understand what i was dealing with (bed bugs) but she was always available to answer my questions no matter what time it was. I was very happy with the prompt service as well as the outstanding customer service i received from both Curtis as well as my technician! I would most definitely use their services again for any of my pest control needs!
