This is the quality of the work. Dead brown sod. After 5 no shows, rescheduled, I kept commitments. Owner Anton changed company name from Cypress Grove to Chamberlain Landscape and Maintenance LLC , but same service jack and lack of professionalism. Promised two weeks ago to replace the sod that he killed by three no shows and not fixing sprinkler. Said he would replace his cost, since it t was his fault fo no show 3 times Guess what. Didn't show up again on Saturday. Wont respond to text. Then finally set a new date. And. Suspense....didn't show up, and hasn't responded to text in 4 days. Yeah, I was stupid to hope. Avoid Anton. We’ll start by saying we have a veryyy happy customer in our dog & no one was more excited to have our turf installed than him! Our salesman was Greg who was terrific & super nice. He did a great job explaining options & variables so we could make the most efficient choices. Our estimate was an amazing value & under what we were getting elsewhere. Plus with the level of quality we knew we’d be getting it was an easy choice. We had a hiccup or two with scheduling but easy fixes once we were on the phone with someone from the company. Our first turf order was not up to par for the company when it arrived & was inspected by them & they had it re ordered. Which sucks in a time perspective but it’s great to know they were looking at that so closely. The install went very smoothly. There was a hefty crew here & all spoke English so very easy to communicate the progress of the job that day. It looks amazing & we couldn’t be happier! Thank you Chamberlain. Buyers beware! Scheduled an appt for 8am.. no showed! I took time off of work to have them give me a quote for maintenance. Called and texted multiple times. My last message was to cancel at 845. They contacted me after the fact and did not apologize and told me that they would have been at my house for a few hours to Bid out my project. I again explained it was maintenance only. They just continued to make excuses and were very argumentative . I would not recommend a company that can’t show up on time or know what they are therefore.Jun 29, 2018VerifiedAnton C.'s reply
We originally had you set for 9am and were going to squeeze you in for earlier, however, still would have been there before your original time. I'm sorry you have to feel that leaving a bad review that's falsely incorrect is appropriate. We wanted to get to you sooner then your original time of 9am. If you were are going to leave a review, could you correct the time to 8:14am to when you hung up the phone when Victoria could only get a few words out before you yelled at her and hung up. Also, correct your review with the right facts that it would NOT take a couple of hours to bid. And no where did we say it would take a few hours. That's incorrect information. Again, you were called at 8:14am and call lasted 49secs. We do have log of the call. So please if you could stick with the truth with your review, we'd greatly appreciate it.

Patsy, we did call several times, left a message, you live over 25 miles outside our coverage area. We would truly appreciate it if you would call us. We are very responsive to texts and emails. Phone lines are often busy.
