Susan called me back quickly and came over and gave me a wonderful session of Hatha Yoga. She positioned herself in my living room and we had more then enough space which was a worry of mine. When she came the next time for a lesson she suggested we take our practice outside in the back yard and it was a wonderful suggestion which brought a lovely peaceful grounded element to our practice. Susan is warm and friend and gave very good instruction that was easy to follow. She is a very good teacher with a lot of experience and takes her practice seriously but is lighthearted about it too.
Linda is a great yoga teacher & has a fun way of teaching. She is knowledgeable & helpful & works with you customizing the yoga routine depending on your needs.
I joined Tamara's belly dancing classes for fitness and fun and I even attended her yoga stretching classes. I am extremely pleased with the classes and her support and encouragement. Wish I could have joined before. Thank you so much tamara. She is a great guide .
I give the highest recommendation to Mindy's yoga methods. Her sensitivity, soothing manner, and gentle progressive movements create the flexibility and relaxation my body craves. As muscles give way, the structure aligns, my posture becomes straight. I leave with a groundedness, conscious of a new way of moving. My body innately corrects and maintains itself days later. A greater sense of peace and well-being comes through the practice and continues to keep me balanced. Delightful!
Describe the job What did Stephanie Horsley help you with? Where was the job? How long did it take? I took Yoga instruction from Stephanie at her Yoga studio. She was most helpful in showing me not only the correct way to do each posture but how much more important it is to connect with ones inner being. While practicing yoga. Yoga is not a matter of time. It is up to the student the number of classes they want to take. Say what went well What impressed you about the service? Did Stephanie Horsley go above and beyond? Was Stephanie Horsley on time? How was the quality of the work? Most yoga classes I have attended emphasize more on the physical. Stephanie talks throughout her class. Describing each each pose, what the pose represents, how it works in the body, how the spiritual aspect of each pose affects healing in the body. Yes she goes above anf d beyond in all areas of her life. She is very punctual. In comparison to other classes I have taken the quality of her work is amazing. The quality of her work is Pristine. Point out what could have been better What would have improved your experience? What went wrong, if anything? How could Stephanie Horsley do better in the future? By more effort on my part to deeply listen to her as she was describing each pose. Nothing went wrong. I am not a master Yoga instructor so I have no comment here.
Full Circle Yoga has been a blessing in my life. Since finding this studio, I have been able to take a variety of healing yoga, meditation and reiki classes that they offer. All of the teachers are great and I can tell they were carefully selected. After taking just a few of Kristen's meditation classes, in which she provides gentle guidance and support throughout, I found I could more quickly relax and clear my mind, in addition to sitting still for several minutes at a time. Previously, these things were almost impossible for me. Also, after just a few months of yoga classes, I was surprised to find how much my strength and flexibility had increased. I absolutely adore everything about this studio, including the healthy food and products they have for sale!
Olivia was great! She came with all the equipment, got set up and got my dad comfortable with yoga. She's still working with him.
Up until now, yoga has not been my favorite. I have tried it on many different occasions, in many different locations, and still have not come out loving it. Yoga with Yochai completely changed this for me. It was an incredible 1.5 hours that combined a great work out, stretch, and meditation. I have several old sports related injuries that usually flair up during/post yoga, and this did not happen. Yochai was very aware of everyones position. To me, this is so key in making sure you leave injury free. I can't wait for my next session.
GREAT yoga & reiki experience
Fantastic! I began with Joy and her yoga teaching at Anytime Fitness in Long Beach Ca and was immediately impressed with her teaching skill and warmth. I continued the next days and I am hooked! This is a "must do" especially for the visiting fighters to stay limber and avoid injuries. Joy also helped me with my mental state by giving me a yoga practice. Joy is an amazing yoga therapy.
I met with Kristy for a private yoga session. She listened to my questions and provided clear, thorough answers that were truly helpful. The entire session was completely aligned with my goals and I left with valuable insights that will be immediately helpful to my yoga practice. Kristy herself is friendly, personable, warm and easy to connect with. I have also attended one of her classes, and still use the information provided years later. I recommend Kristy without reservation!
I really liked that David asked the level of massage I would like: easy, medium or hard. I asked for medium-hard. I also liked that he was fair and balanced in that he massaged the right side exactly as he did the left side. I will be going back to him. I highly recommend David.
I am not one that ever considered Yoga. Always thought “This definitely isn’t for me or my answer”. But having so many ailments to my body and having trouble working out at the gym because of them, I decided what the heck I’ll give it a try. Bri understood my ailments and she thoughtfully planned out my sessions. She is very thorough, patient, and very motivating. She always sets a positive challenge for me and I can’t thank her enough for what she has done for me. Yoga IS changing my life for the better... Thank you Bri!
Best Yoga instructor in the history of EVER!! Shelby was SO patient and helpful as this was my 1st Yoga experience in my 42 years. I must say I was skeptical at the idea of Yoga...the typical "how can this be exercise"? BUT, Holy Majoly is it ever! It was incredible and even helped relax me at the same time it was working my body. Shelby makes sure you're doing every pose in correct form to ensure you get the best experience and best workout possible. I HIGHLY recommend Shelby at Grounded Physical Therapy!!
