I was having issues with the speed and performance of my computer. Mauricio rand diagnostics and then presented me with possible issues and resolutions. I let him chose what best would fix it and let him go with it. He communicated clearly and quickly, letting me know the status of the repair. Turn around time was also very quick, I didn't have to wait weeks or a month like other computer repairs it was only a day or two. Once I received my computer back it was like night and day! Startup time was cut by more than half what it usually took, he installed software to help protect against malware and antivirus and cleaned out anything that was already slowing it down. He also gave me some really helpful tips on how to keep it running in top shape. Definitely a professional with great communication, and delivered on everything he promised and a very reasonable price. Not only would I recommend it to my friends and family, I have!

Mauricio was a huge help to me. I have a battle ship of a laptop from 2007 that he was able to revive and upgrade. To me a great value was restored to my HP Pavilian dv8135nr and I'm very pleased with his service.
I like that he was more than willing to meet with me at my local Starbucks instead of my trashed house. He was more than fare on his cost of service and I some how feel I underpaid him due to all he did for me. I will gladly refer Mauricio to my family and friends any day.
