OJ has pushed my body past its limits. I was working out but my workouts were becoming too routine and easy. I needed to be pushed and ge does that all while making sure I don’t get injured and I can keep up with the pace. And his location is perfect; only 5 minutes from my house and enough room for several people to train. He is very professional yet friendly.
When I first decided to start working out with a personal trainer, I looked online for personal trainers in Pasadena. I ultimately decided to go with Hugo based on all of the positive reviews I read of him on here. Since the reviews initially helped me make a decision on choosing Hugo as my personal trainer, I just had to leave my own review. Before committing to train with Hugo, he offered me an introductory deal so that I could experience working out with him. The first couple sessions he evaluated my strength, endurance, and overall physical ability. Once my fitness level and goals were established, Hugo set up a training program and nutritional plan for me. He begins every session by explaining and demonstrating the exercises in the circuit. He also clarifies and demonstrates the importance of proper form, which makes it really easy for me since I'm a visual learner. At any point during the exercise if I forget to use proper form, Hugo reminds me and encourages me throughout. He is very good at helping me understand which muscles each exercise is working out. I like how during every session, he is focused, patient, and motivates me to make sure I'm giving it my all. His professionalism and friendliness make it all that much more of a positive experience training with him. I've been training with Hugo for about three months now, and I can say that I'm truly happy with my results so far. My strength and endurance have greatly increased since our first session. I've noticed my body fat decrease and my muscle mass increase. I also feel much better when I'm exercising and eating healthy, it has greatly helped with my anxiety. I definitely plan on continuing to train with Hugo. I'm excited to see how my fitness level and physique continue to progress. I'm glad that I chose Hugo as my personal trainer, it is obvious that he loves what he does and cares about his clients. I definitely recommend Hugo for anyone looking for a personal trainer, you will not regret it!

Hands down Jobi Morrison is the BEST personal trainer! I have been training with Jobi for 5 years. I'm the strongest I have ever been! My workouts are never boring. I always look forward to see how he will challenge me with cardio, strength and balance and I am never disappointed! Jobi always takes the time to listen to my questions about fitness and nutrition and always provides sound advice. I usually shy away from recommending people or businesses, but with Jobi and Fitness Comes First I say Go Now! You will NOT be disappointed!
eric cruz is an absolutely incredible trainer. professional, consistent and ALWAYS willing to help. i have been training with him nearly a year and am so happy with my results. i feel amazing, have more energy and my almost weekly occurring headaches have disappeared entirely. cannot say enough great things. give him a shot! he will change your life!

This is a great place to train. It's a very comfortable, welcoming environment to work out in. I was going in about three days a week to train with Sybil so I could add muscle and lose weight. She's a very patient and attentive trainer-she'll help count the reps, which is very helpful in staying on track. She would coach on effective ways to slow down or pause during a rep to get the most impact. When I moved out-of-town recently, she also helped me maintain progress by sending me a breakdown of some of our workouts. I've trained at large gyms with lots of equipment where your workout ends up interfering with the equipment and space other people are using to train, and during your workout you end up going on a scavenger hunt for open equipment and space-it can start to feel like bumper cars. That never happened here. Even though the space is relatively small, the trainers have a good system going, because I can't recall one time a workout conflicted with anyone else training at same time. The workouts were really effective and I felt like no minute was wasted. There's also details that make a big difference: They offer a complimentary bottled water for your workout, which you appreciate more when you train at other gyms where they charge you for water or a gym where they just have little dixie cups of water that you have to keep re-filling to stay hydrated. I'm definitely in better shape because of No Excuse Fitness
I’ve been going to Summit Fitness and specifically training with Michelle since about March, 2015. She’s such an awesome trainer, I love and respect her approach to training in that she incorporates a variety approaches, activities, and exercises that range from the typical to the not so typical. For example, for strength training we of course use weights and resistance but she also routinely incorporates yoga and martial arts exercises into the mix which keeps it both interesting and at times dare I say fun! I would also describe her approach to training as being holistic in that she recognizes that it’s not just about building up one’s strength and cardio; flexibility, diet, deep stretching, etc., are as equally important and sometimes entire sessions are devoted to just that which as a long-time runner I know my legs desperately need. I really can’t say enough about her, other things that have been huge plusses for me are 1- she’s a female trainer and as such she has been able to provide a level of comfort I’m not sure I would be able to have with a male trainer especially when doing certain exercises or taking my body measurements and 2- how attentive she is to the needs and goals of all her clients. She genuinely cares about us and her actions prove that… just ask the clients who she has gone athletic shoe shopping with or has met at the track to jump start a running regiment.
A year after surgery, for an inguinal hernia, I had the pleasure of meeting Aaron. Recovery was horrible, along with my diet and other medical issues this made me afraid of exercising and a recurring injury. Aaron was very understanding with my concerns and emphasized the importance of building a healthy foundation to properly heal and improving long-term health. He even helped me understand my blood test, which has significantly improved since training with him close to a year now. I am healthier and feeling better than ever and truly grateful to have found someone who really has a passion for improving the lives of others. Thank you Aaron! I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a wellness coach and/or fitness trainer.

I worked with Margo over the course of about 5 months and had a great experience. I had already been exercising consistently for a while but Margo helped me bring my fitness to a whole new level. He created a personalized workout plan that incorporated the things I wanted to focus on: functional fitness and MMA. Throughout our time together we also modified and tweaked my workout to focus on my weaknesses. He was always available for questions and delivered on his promises. If I didn't have to move away I would still be training with Margo, and I highly recommend him to any of my friends who want to push themselves past their comfort zone.
Mike is a DOPEEE trainer. Injured my knee playing football and it's been weak since. I started playing and it's been giving me trouble. I started going to Mike for training and to focus specifically on my knee and overall strength, and I must admit, it's gotten a lot stronger! I can actually switch direction either ease, lateral movements are back, and I've gotten stronger overall. I'm still training with him and I can't wait to see more results, real stoked!! Thanks a lot bro!
Hiking, running, strength training, and HIIT are just a few of the things she has trained me in. Very well rounded trainer, will easily adjust/ modify the regime to fit individuals with injuries or difficulties. Great with motivating you to increase your intensity.

Eddie has been my personal trainer for over 4 months now and he is awesome. He pushes me when I think I can't go anymore. Every time we meet for my training it's never the same. He is constantly changing my workouts to keep my muscles thinking. After my training I feel good about myself. I would recommend Eddie to anyone who is looking for a trainer that listens to what results you want and knows how to push his clients.
I started training with Laura without prior experience in fitness training. I felt very comfortable with her. Laura is an amazing trainer! She motivated me to eat healthier and to push myself during our sessions. It was a great experience. She is an inspiration.
Marcos is amazing. If your looking to get fit and find your inner strength, both physically and mentally this is your guy. When I started to train with marcos i was about 5 years out of shape. In less than 1 year, I was able to complete my first ever 5k run. Marcos is professional and truly has a passion for fitness. You need to give him a try, his training is beyond excercise, it's a genuine mental and state of mind transformation!
Mitchell is a fantastic trainer with amazing energy. He really understands the body and how it functions. I never left a training session feeling like I didn’t give it all I had because Mitchell is a great motivator. Despite pushing you to your max, he finds a way to make it fun as well! Mitchell is an absolute gem. He is very professional as well. Overall he is an amazing experience.
I have been training with Juan for 3 years now. He is a great trainer and motivator. He will listen to what you're goals are and help you achieve them. He knows how to push you, but always make the workouts fun. I never get bored with the workouts, he is always coming up with new ones. If you are looking for a trainer I would definitely recommend Juan!!!!
I’ve been using Sarah for pilates instruction and all around fitness training. Her style is upbeat and encouraging. Her strengths are pinpointing certain muscle groups and she is great on technique. All around a fantastic trainer. Highly recommended.
