I am rating strictly on responsiveness. I scheduled OCR to clean my carpets when my previous cleaner bailed (separate review). They were extremely responsive and accommodating. However, the move-out company I was able to book last minute cleans the carpets as part of their service. I'm positive if I had used OCR they would have done a superior job based on the communication I received.

Best carpet cleaning we've ever had! The carpets are bright and super clean. My wife said she'll have to wear sunglasses in the house the carpets are so bright. Danyllo pay attention to detail and is Highly recommend, we'll use him again

We hired OCS Carpet to deep clean the carpets in our rental unit.. The carpet wasn’t cleaned in 5 years since our tenents moved in and was really dirty.. They did a great job and the carpet looks good as new

Danyllo is magic! He helped with our move-out cleaning of our carpet. It was an old carpet, and he made it look amazing. Our kids had left some strange stains on the carpet, and we had pets. He really went the extra mile. No one walking into that house after he left would have ever known kids or pets had been there. In fact, the house was cleaner than when we moved in! Our landlord sent us a text after going into the house: "The house is very, very clean!" Thank you, Danyllo!!!
