The tech was a nice guy, but his english was extremely minimal and it was difficult to communicate. While hanging the shelf, he drilled holes into the wall that were not used, and left me with a bunch of holes to spackle over. He also scratched the shelf he was putting up, which was solid wood and pretty expensive. The shelf is sturdy and installed into studs but the rest of it was just extra frustration. UPDATE: as the guy just posted to try and gaslight everyone, yes I did drill one hole and my bit snapped off. That's when I called in the professionals. Their tech added even more holes!! You can also clearly see the damage he did to the shelf. Are you going to make up I did that too?

Ali helped me hang more than 20 pictures, all different sizes. In addition he also hung a big mirror above my fireplace. Ali was not only on time , he was also very easy to work with. Ali had very good artistic sense; he offered excellent suggestions when I asked for it. He was very handy even with mounting furniture. He mounted for me a floating cabinet professionally. Overall all, I’m extremely satisfied with Ali’s work . He was a swift worker and the final charge was very reasonable.
