How did you get started doing this type of work?
We originally started our business in the East Coast and decided to relocated our business to California.
28 years later we still love being a family owned business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with everyone :)
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We often help seniors prepare to transition to assisted living facilities. This involves meeting with their families to discuss a schedule and the logistics. What we find most rewarding is developing a relationship with our clients and knowing that they trust us to be apart of their lives.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be cautious when movers offer you a quote without actually seeing the job. You may incur unexpected charges at the end of the job which can throw you off budget.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
A customer should have the following information:
1) Schedule time for a site survey. This only take 30 mins and is well worth your time.
2) Be very clear with what items are moving.
3) Be very clear if Debris Removal / Dumpster Services are needed. It's better to through it away, opposed to moving unwanted items to your new home.
4) Please tell your moving company if you live in an apartment, if there are stairs, how many flights, is there an elevator and parking access.
