- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have always charged a fair price for my services and all my customers should know that they will always be receiving high quality images with great customer service. I normally work within the clients budget so don't hesitate to reach out to me. Also, I charge a booking fee upfront which is non-refundable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I exchange a few messages online to get to know the project and then move on to speaking over the phone to decide details. I also have all my customers sign a contract so that each of us knows the expectations that we have from each other. I am more than happy to meet with my clients prior to a the shoot as long as schedules permit. After the shoot I give them a selection of pictures to choose from. I do not give RAW files and each package comes with a different number of edited images. I do not edit and deliver all images from the photoshoot.
