i was told my "old" phone was broken and couldn't be fixed so i had to buy a new one. Started thinking maybe it's just a battery problem. Friend of mine recommended IToy Repair. Took my "old" phone there and I explained all to Josh and he took the time to open up my "old" phone and dig around inside it. He looked up the battery, etc. and said it would be a week or so and they should get it. Got an e-mail from Josh stating that my "old" phone was now okay, that the battery charger i had was not good and the new one loaded up the phone and we are now good to go. it's people like Josh and IToy Repair that make me smile again. It's nice to know that there are still people & business in this world that are willing to go the mile and help the customer. I wholly recommend IToy Repair to everyone. Thanks again Josh!! Kar
