- What types of customers have you worked with?
Specialize in weight loss, nutrition. Workouts are structured around individual needs. I use band work outs as well as high intensity interval training with my clients to reach optimal goals.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First make sure you trainer is certified with one of the major certifying bodies, i.e. ISSA, NASM, NSCA, ACE etc. and make sure they are giving you what you want and giving you the proper motivation to obtain your goals, its a two way street.
