From the moment she answered my request for a personal trainer, I knew this was my girl. I was really excited to work with her because she just seemed to get me and understand all the changes my body has gone through as a mom. I love the fact that she downloads me with information as to why and how things work the way they do. The studio never has more than a few people at a time training with other trainers and it's super clean. Most times there's no one else but her and I. It's not like a packed sweaty gym with people staring. Becky pushes me to my extremes and I've never worked so hard in my life...but I want it that bad! She's motivating, she checks in on me every few days to keep me accountable, she's informative...and she allows children. I bring my 5 month old daughter with me to training sessions and she watches and cheers me on. I've already lost 5 lbs just following her meal plans and working out 5 days a week. And I've only been seeing her for 2 weeks. I train with her 2 days a week and go to the gym 3-4 times a week. If you're ready to change your lifestyle and need some real help doing so, this is your girl. This is my first time hiring a personal trainer and I just got sooooo lucky. Thanks Becky! You're the best! 😘😘

Hands down the absolute best trainer I have ever had. He dedicates his full attention to my training sessions, has given me nutrition guidance and answers any/all questions I have. I couldn't imagine training with anyone else!

I’ve been with Kenny for 2 weeks now and he’s great. He works great with my schedule and is very friendly, not like a boot camp. Time flys when training with him. He’s also very understanding and is available anytime I have any questions. Definitely would recommend.

My first session with Justin was also my first time going to the gym in a couple of weeks. I used to work out for about two hours a day, 4-5 days a week, until I got too busy with work and school. Training with Justin got me in and out of the gym in a little over an hour, ensuring I had a timely yet efficient workout, hitting all of the muscle groups I told him I wanted to focus on. He is not only knowledgeable in the fields of exercise and nutrition, but is completely confident in being able to implement his own tips into his client’s lifestyle. Bennett does a great job organizing 1:1 training or group training. I have participated in his group training sessions several times. He incorporates strength training with weights. He takes a personal interest in each individual's success and strives to tailor the workout for the good of the whole. I recommend his workouts. He provides an effective and encouraging workout.

      Lorenzo helped me get started on a plan to get back in shape after my 3rd child. At the time I was feeling defeated, had a lot of weight to lose and needed help knowing where to begin, but he was so encouraging and gave me both hope & structured, simple plan. I followed his plan that emphasized both strength & circuit training for the next 4 months, becoming the strongest I have ever been. I had always relied on cardio classes before, but following his plan helped me learn how to work out on my own. I highly recommend Z70fitness!

      V and I have been working together for a few months now and he's awesome. In a little over the first month I lost 3 inches all over. He knows what he's doing and he does his best to incorporate exercises that his clients enjoy or should be doing to correct issues (i.e. Back pain, shoulder pain, etc) that may originate in other areas. Very knowledgeable. I really enjoy training with him.

        I started with Sam earlier this year and am thrilled with my progress! He is very encouraging and challeges you appropriately. I like the way he can break down obstacles so I can work on smaller goals in order to overcome the obstacle. When I started with Sam I had not had any prior obstacle training. In just 7 weeks he taught me to climb the rope, get across the monkey bars, aim for the spear throw and conquer the 8' wall on my own. We're currently working on the multi-rig and Z wall. At least once a week we also work with a mace to work on grip strength as well as upper and lower body fitness. He absolutely loves being an SGX coach and that excitement is contagious. I'm confident that whatever your fitness level and whatever your goals Sam can help you acheive them (as he will continue to help me achieve mine!)

          Very professional and motivating strength training. I would highly recommend. My favorite is the TUF training which gives me a complete full body workout for the entire week in one session. As a busy mom of 3 young children, I don't have the time or desire to spend countless hours in the gym. Valhalla Health gives me exactly what I need and the results many seek but rarely find.

          Personal training services entail 6-12 1-hour sessions per month, and help with dieting and calorie counting. I am a subcontractor with GB3, meaning that I use their facility, but I don't work for their company. I am ISSA certified in fitness training, as well as being certified in Zumba. I am also working on getting Spin certified. I have been working as a group exercise instructor for about 8 months, and I have been working as a personal trainer for the past 5 months. Many of my clients have seen dramatic results. One client has lost 5% of her body fat, and has lost 20 lbs. My clients love the fact that they get one-on-one attention and that they are pushed when they work with me. I push them much harder than they would push themselves, and therefore they get better results working with me. They also love the support they receive. I'm there for them, I want them to see results, and the clients respond to that.
