Have had three sessions so far, and it has been great. I am in my 60s, so it is great to have a 70 year old role model. He motivates me, and pushes me to feel the burn but not to the point of pain. He uses his spacious apartment complex gym which we usually have to ourselves. He uses a variety of exercises to build my strength, balance, and flexibility, exactly what I had requested. He is flexible with scheduling and always is on time. Great personality as well! AND the price is far less than other trainers I investigated.
Amazing!!!!!!! The best personal trainer I've ever worked with. I have an incomplete spinal cored injury and I'm getting my back muscle memory, feeling in my legs. I also have drop foot and my walking has improved dramatically. I've been to the best physical therapist in the valley and Greg has helped me more. I love my gym, trainer and results. I highly recommend. He's a life changer!
Mel is a great motivator and really has the know how to kick your butt!! It's a great alternative I going to the gym because she keeps you accountable rather than trying to keep yourself accountable, and she makes working out fun and competitive! She also knows a lot about nutrition and could probably help with that as well! It was just getting too expensive for me...but if you can afford it, Mel is definitely the one to go to!

He also measure their client's strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. These fitness assessments may also be performed before and after an exercise program to measure their client's improvements in physical fitness. He may also educate his clients in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise including general health and nutrition guidelines.
