- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer one-on-one personal training as well as group fitness classes. The group classes breakdown to $10/workout.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon meeting a new customer, I ask that he/she comes in about 25 minutes early to talk, sign forms and stretch. I also recommend eating a small piece of fruit about 30-60 minutes before working out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained with the Navy Seals for over 10 years and have been a personal trainer for most of my adult life. I've focused many years on health, nutrition, and have studied extensively on how to properly train any body type.
