Amazing!!!!!!! The best personal trainer I've ever worked with. I have an incomplete spinal cored injury and I'm getting my back muscle memory, feeling in my legs. I also have drop foot and my walking has improved dramatically. I've been to the best physical therapist in the valley and Greg has helped me more. I love my gym, trainer and results. I highly recommend. He's a life changer!

Greg is very passionate about health and ftiness and uses his excellent skills and expertise to individualize each of his clients training to meet their personal needs. His personality and love for what he does is infectious which makes me want to train harder and keep going back for the next challenge!
