- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will inspect any home 1400 sq feet and over for $280.00. Homes under 1400 sq feet will cost .20 cents a sq foot. If you decide not to buy a home I have inspected for you, I will Inspect any other home you are looking at buying for $100.00.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continue to stay up to date on building codes and continue educating myself NASHI and other home inspection organizations.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You should feel comfortable with the person you hire and you should know that person is there for you and not just money.
