Joseph was patient and understanding when our home loan didn't close when we thought it would. He was also flexible when the builder did not allow him to go on the final walkthrough with us. He returned at a later date and was extremely thorough, providing us a complete and detailed report that we could submit to the builder to do all the necessary repairs. Notably, we would never have climbed into the attic to look at the structure there - and we wouldn't have known what to look for anyway!! When we submitted the repair request to the builder, they didn't know what I was talking about and asked if there were pictures to explain what we needed. Joseph had provided us the pics, so I was able to send them on! Thank you so much Joseph, we will be recommending your services to our friends who are having a house built.

We called JS Engineering Home Inspectors to do a home inspection due to a builders faulty workmanship. Mr. Araiza was conscientious and goes by all the rules and regulations. Joseph was great, showed up early was very thorough and diligent in his inspection. Report was very detailed with lots of pictures outlining both good and bad issues. Would definitely recommend to others.

Make sure we can provide the services the client is requesting before we even quote them a price.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a home owner I saw a home inspector come in our home when we sold our 2800 sqft home and was there 20 min. I noticed they didn't perform an actual inspection they just walked around the house.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The extra cost in hiring a Professional can save more money down the road. So if my cost is to high remember after you sign on the dotted line and escrow closes there is know going back. So please do your homework before you hire a home inspector.
