Introduction: Hey everyone! My name is Mel and I’m a NASM certified personal trainer and a mother of two. I have been personal training and helping my clients reach their goals, improve their overall health, gain confidence, improve their esteem, and gain strength and energy for 9 years. Fitness is a lifelong journey to improve our mind, body, and soul. Instagram faithfullyfit_ Based in fresno/clovis and surrounding areas. I offer in person and online sessions. I specialize in nutrituin/meal planning, HIIT (high-intensity interval training), crossfit, weights, body weight exercises, cardio and strength training. Eat right, shed fat, tone, lean out, and build muscle, strength and confidence! I provide one on one in person training, in person group sessions, zoom sessions, and online programs, guidance, and accountability. My clients range from 15-65. I can modify and adjust each workout to fit my clients' fitness level. I highly encourage pregnant mamas to workout too! I have trained several pregnant women throughout their entire pregnancies. Pricing: 💀Individual Sessions: 👉🏽1-3 days a week: $45 per one 60-70 minute session. 👉🏽4+ days a week: $40 per one 60-70 minute session. 💀Group sessions (2+ people per group): 👉🏽$25 per person per one 60-70 minute session. 💀Zoom/online sessions: 👉🏽$45 per one 60-70 minute online/zoom individual session’s 💀Online coaching program: Accountability, nutrition, & programming 👉🏽Price varies ‼️ If I am traveling to the client instead of the client traveling to my location, I will charge extra for gas. Price depends on location.

Mel is literally the most patient and amazing person I have come across and she has helped me soo much on my journey. Pushed me to limits I didn’t even know I could be pushed to. She has taught me so much about this lifestyle and healthy habits to create for myself and I’m so happy I have someone like her training me because she was exactly who I had in mind when I first said I wanted a personal trainer

Mel is awesome! I started working out with her about 2 years ago and I’m so happy I did. I not only gained a personal trainer that fits what I need, I gained a friend😊 she’s not the type that will yell at you until your body gives out, she gives you the right amount of push you need to keep going. She’s very encouraging and accommodating! Definitely give her a try!

I would say Mel is a trainer who wants the best for her clients. She pushes you. She’s respectful, still has a playful and energetic side to her. I enjoy her presence.

Mel is an awesome trainer. She creates tailored workouts to your needs and every workout is different using a variety of equipment (dumbbells, punching bag, tire flipping, and more). You can really start to feel yourself getting stronger day by day, and you learn how to understand your body. I appreciate that she is not like other trainers who try to push supplements or a certain diet lifestyle; Mel promotes intuitive eating for sustainable weight loss (or whatever your fitness goals are). If you're intimidated by gyms or need some extra motivation and attention I'd highly recommend working with Mel. She's super accommodating and truly celebrates your achievements along the way.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I have a few questions (regarding goals, injuries, availability and things like that) I have new clients answer before meeting with them for their first session. The first session usually gives me an idea of where they are at physically and that gives me a better idea on how I should plan future workouts.
