I started off not knowing anything about fitness. While training, Austin is excellent in showing me what to do, how to do it, and he is very patient considering all the clients he has. He’s very flexible, and will work with you according to your schedules (thankfully)! He pushes me and motivates me every training, and helps me get through the hour we have together. Before joining, I was skeptical at first, because I am one to be very shy and uncomfortable while working out in front of others but Austin has never made me feel uncomfortable or judged. Within the sessions we’ve had, I have been able to get through each training while feeling accomplished at the end, thanks to him. I worked with Austin for about a month so far, and I can certainly say I have been very satisfied with the result I have seen so far. During each workout, he challenges you to go over your limit and reach your goals. He's flexible with workout schedules, and he's punctual. I just started training witg Austin for a few weeks now and so far I am very happy and impress. Austin is truly good at what he does. I thought that I was in shape since I'm very active but surely I wasn't until I started training with Austin. He's very patience with his clients, a good cheer leader when training and design specific training and nutrition plan for you. I always wanted a personal trainer but just never found the right one that works for me until now. Austin works around my schedule and I truly appreciate it. I also starting to really like working out now cause he makes it fun especially with his Michael Jackson moon walk. Austin listened to my goals and created a program to achieve those goals. He is very motivating and pushes me to reach my potential but doesn't push me past my limit. He provides well rounded services including exercise and nutrition and has a new high tech body measurement system that breaks down your body composition, helps design/target your program, and tracks your progress to staying fit and healthy. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer different price packages for personal training depending on how often you would like to meet each week. No contract. Sessions are paid up front to cover 4 weeks of training. If Personal Training is out of your budget, do not worry. I have plenty of clients to pair you up with so that training becomes more affordable to you. Give me a call. Lets talk! :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I offer a complementary meet and greet with new clients. During the meet and greet, we sit down and discuss their goals, go over the personal training program, conduct a physical assessment, and then go over the different price packages to see what the client feels comfortable with.
