Introduction: I manage properties by making sure that the applicant is qualified and can afford rents and deposit. I prefer leasing, although month to month can be entertain. I make sure that rents are very timely and the house or apartment is functioning correctly. Staying in contact with the owner is mandatory by keeping the owner informed as to all issues (if any), submitting documentation on a monthly or semi-monthly basis as to rents, repairs, and legal issues. Any other requirements from the owner will be followed 100%.
