- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?I do work for Mercy Connection (a shelter in Buckeye) and they had a laptop that had a failing hard drive that was under warranty. Best Buy refused to believe the drive was bad and I was able to prove to Best Buy that the drive was the problem and Best Buy then replaced the drive under warranty for the client.
