Introduction: I am a seasoned life coach and spiritual counselor, including seven years working often in the area of grief and loss. I am able to sit with those in the throes of grieving, allowing the anguish of a broken heart and the anxiety of a life suddenly changed. Whether your loss is fresh or still upsetting to you, you deserve to find emotional and spiritual support. Your time and my time together can make the difference. I also have 12 years in a health care setting providing supportive counseling. I have an MA degree in Spiritual Psychology with an emphasis in consciousness, health and healing. This learning supports me in believing that the best answers come from within with intention and consideration and trusting for highest good. I will work with you to listen to your own deeper self.
