Dear Hyma, We at Infuse Designs are so greatly disappointed with your review. There are a few reasons why. First and forth most, we are confused with this review as you have referred us to your friends, usually when someone refers you to family or friends it's because you are very content with that company's service. Second, regarding pricing, Infuse Designs quoted you with a price amount for lighting service, you seemed to believe at that time that this quote was too high, so you negotiated the price you were budgeting in for lighting service, we then agreed to YOUR set price, which seems to say how we are flexible with our pricing and were considerate of your budget. Third, you declined and refused to sign a contract on the date of the agreement, on the date of installation prior to installing, and again after installing. Third, even though our policy does require a deposit, you also declined providing one, so it was agreed to have the deposit waived, but you still declined to give payment until after the installation was completed, which we as a company we still went ahead an installed, something not just any company out there will do without at least some kind of deposit payment. We strive to provide the best customer service as a company and we showed that customer service through, accepting your budget quote, refusal of signing an agreement, and waiving your required deposit.
