From the moment I contacted Lisa, I knew I had made the right choice. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made me feel immediately at ease. The thought of letting a professional organizer into my very embarrassing garage was a little bit stressful for me, but Lisa turned all that around. It was a very good experience Lisa worked with me to declutter and organize my very messy and scary garage. She exceeded my expectations in every way. She was efficient and effective, tackling each disaster area with skill and care. Her ability to help me make tough decisions about what to keep and what to let go of was invaluable. I was impressed by her knowledge and experience, plus her ability to create systems that worked for me. Lisa's excellent communication skills made working with her a breeze. She always kept me on track, and provided great suggestions about local organizations that accept donated items. She also gave me guidance about possible ways to sell or give things away on line. Her positive attitude and genuine interest in helping me achieve my goals were evident. She has a light and easy going personality and it was fun working with her. Lisa was receptive and accommodating. I appreciate that she really listened to me. I have my own deficits when it comes to doing things methodically, completing paperwork and sticking to a routine. She graciously worked with the “me” that is, rather than trying to force me into a mold that I have never been able to fit into. For the first time in many years, I finally see the possibility of decluttering and organizing this place that has been my home for 45 years.

We are in the process of downsizing our home, after raising 5 children. I know this is a long term process, but I want to be ready when the time comes. Though this is an emotional journey, Lisa has been very kind, knowing my long term goals and my short term goals. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In most cases I charge by the hour. One person is $65/hour with a four hour minimum.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with a phone call and discussion of the client's needs. Once it is determined there is a good match for the client and Organizer an on-site assessment is scheduled. The work may begin on this day or at a later agreed upon time. The client can be as involved as he/she desires. There is a minimum of a 4 hour work day, unless previously agreed upon otherwise.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received a Residential Organizing Certificate through NAPO, attend an Annual Conference and take various classes. I have worked in the field 9 years.
